Organised by NECTAR, Govt of India in collaboration with the Directorate of Food Processing, Govt. of Meghalaya. The two day workshop brought together lead farmers and project teams to build practical skills in food processing machinery.
Led by Shri Mariadon Pathaw and supported by external expert Shri Androny Lyngkhoi, the sessions offered hands-on demonstrations and insights into mobile food processing and efficient utilisation techniques, well received by participants.
