The Directorate of Food Processing successfully completed the training of a group of beneficiaries sponsored by ICAR - Research Complex for NEH Region - Umiam. The beneficiaries were trained in processing of fruit, mainly pineapple at the Government Fruit Preservation Centre, Shillong.
