The Directorate of Food Processing partnered the FMA Outreach for Underprivileged Women & Children (OUWC) between December 4 - 8 at FMA-OUWC Lumshyiap, Shillong by offering a 5-day training programme on pickle processing. Technical Associates from the Directorate offered hands-on training to women who were SHG members on all aspects of pickle processing.
